Through individual and group inquiry, exercises, and skills practice, we will explore the origins, responses to and transformation of conflict in our lives. Based on the principles and consciousness of Nonviolent Communication plus illuminating brain science, restorative practices and somatic awareness, you will come away with practical, compassionate and life-serving ways to address conflict in your life.
